"Yeah, I love riding because of the freedom and all that stuff, but it's really the power of the machine and the sound of the engine," said The Bikers' Den co-owner Kathy Pride. Pride has been a nurse paramedic for 20 years and works for Bayflight Air Medical Transport at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Fla. Pride hopes to join Fire Iron, an emergency medical technicians and firefighter motorcycle organization. "It's the brotherhood that I love," said Pride.
